Elevation Burger is a small chain throughout the DC metro area popular for their burgers. We thought these fries were really good. They tasted more natural than the rest because they were fried in olive oil. The ketchup complemented the fried goodness very well, something that many people look for in good fries. The only reason they didnt win the best fry-ranking was because they a bit too greasy.
