As businesses move into the West Falls development near Meridian, one of the most highly-anticipated new arrivals has been Seoul Spice, a South Korean casual eatery that has been rapidly expanding throughout the DC area since its founding in 2016.
Seoul Prime primarily serves bowls of meat, vegetables and rice or noodles, with various signature recipes available, as well as a build-your-own bowl option.
The ingredients are high-quality and cooked well, and blend together fantastically when mixed, creating a culinary experience that is greater than the sum of its parts. The classic recipe is their ‘standard’ meal, which is delicious, varied parts coming together towards a greater whole.
Additionally, they have vegetarian options available.

The pricing is fair, with the signature bowls ranging from 11 to 14 dollars, and containing delicious food in very filling amounts. Additionally, the staff are charismatic and skilled, energizing an excellent eating experience.
Seoul Prime does special pricing deals semi-regularly, and on those days lines can be long, but the quality of the food makes up for the wait.

Soft-opening earlier in 2025 and holding its grand opening on June 4, the establishment has shown itself to be an important addition to the area, being the second West Falls eatery to open, after Ice Cream Jubilee.
With hundreds of people set to move into West Falls as it stands, the senior building under construction, along with the HITT site directly northeast, and with future development at the metro parking lot and the Gordon Road triangle planned, the West Falls area is slated to get much busier in the future. With delicious food, affordable prices, and a central location, Seoul Spice is perfectly situated to take advantage of the growing area.
