In our digital age we have access to an infinite amount of information, and quite frankly that can be a bit overwhelming. We have all sat on our couch finishing that show we liked thinking, whats next ? But here I am with your solution here is a list of ten shows that I have either watched or know enough about to recommend. All these show are currently on Netflix but with its ever changing roster of shows they may not last so watch them straight away. But for spoilers sake I will keep the descriptions brief.
- Breaking Bad TV-MA 5 seasons
This show is a in depth look about a high school chemistry teacher, Walter White, who, when stricken with cancer goes into the dark world of crystal meth. This show has enough twists, turns and interesting characters to keep anyone interested.
- Walking dead TV-MA 7 seasons (ongoing)
This show is about a group of people, led by Sheriff Rick Grimes, trying to survive in a zombie apocalypse and get to safety. With suspense and scares to bait this is definitely one you have to watch
- Firefly TV-14 1 season
This one season space epic by Joss Whedon (of “Avengers” fame) shows a space epic to the same proportions of “Doctor Who”.
- Bob’s Burgers TV-PG 8 seasons (ongoing)
You should know that I am an animation fanatic and I love this show about a loving dad and his family running a burger shop makes such energetic happy charters that you have no use not feeling happy
- House of Cards TV-MA 5 seasons (ongoing)
This deep dark political thriller about a congressmen doing anything to keep power is so dark and moving you have too see it to believe it.
- Futurama TV-14 9 seasons
This show about a delivery boy frozen for 1000 years only to join an interplanetary delivery service is another on my animation fan list. This show by Matt Groening of “Simpsons” fame is great for some days off with its lighthearted attitude and fun misadventures will having you smile the entire time.
- Psych TV-14 8 seasons
This show about a detective pretending to be psychic to keep a job will keep you laughing. This show is good for binging or one episode at a time.
- Daredevil TV-MA 2 seasons (ongoing)
This dark driving show set in the marvel universe show the attendance of a superpowered blind lawyer and his identity as a crime fighting vigilante known as the daredevil. The epitome of this show though is the driving villains and supporting cast with a driving drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
- Bojack Horseman TV-MA 3 Seasons (ongoing)
You have to watch this criminally underrated show. “Bojack” is my personal favorite on this list. It is the story of washed-up horse actor from a sitcom in the ’90s. His life is now complicated with wacky misadventures with his agent, roommate, best friend, and ghost writer. The first season is hit or miss, but the others are amazing.
- Stranger Things TV-14 1 season (ongoing)
If you haven’t heard of this twisting turning drama just go watch it there is no way to describe the plot without spoiling it just watch it I promise it is sooo good just please watch this amazing show.

This show about a genius scientist and his stupid grandson has a blend of smart humor and surrealism to keep you on laughing for days.
Amazon Prime: Doctor Who TV-PG 10 seasons (ongoing)
This show about a time traveler and his many companions adventures will have you inner geek smile.
