Mason’s SCA invited parents and children of all ages to come and have fun with some spooky surprises they whipped up for the Halloween Hootenanny. The festivities at the Hootenanny this year included games, Chick-fil-a sandwiches and a scary haunted house maze.
The Hootenanny games area in the Mason cafeteria was crowded with parents and children having fun, playing games and dancing to the music.
Kids loved the Donut on a String game. It’s everything a kid could want for a pre-halloween snack: pure sugar and pure sweetness.

In addition to the games and food, the haunted house featured creepy decorations and actors for those who wanted more of a scare.
Parents and teachers joined in on the games as well.

The bean bag toss could be pretty difficult, but definitely worth it for the prize.
