In a varsity double-header on Feb. 3, both the girls’ and boys’ basketball teams defeated district opponent Manassas Park in a dominant fashion, with the girls winning 70-7 and the boys beating the Cougars 70-28. The games also served as Youth Night, where recreational basketball players in elementary and middle school were invited to enter for free and play during halftime. Additionally, the boys’ team honored their sole senior, Wyatt Trundle.
