This book was loved everywhere it was published. It became #1 on GoodReads list of best books of 2018. Many people gave it 5 out of 5 stars and are begging Holly Black to finish the second book.  

7. Thunderhead (Arc of a Scythe, #2) By Neal Shusterman

The first book left us all wondering how Neal Shusterman could top himself; he proved to us that he could with this book. Every page bringing new surprises up until the cliffhanger at the end. We all wait on the edge of our seats for his next book.

6. A Reaper at the Gates (An Ember in the Ashes, #3) By Sabaa Tahir

This book brought its readers some surprises that we were never expecting, right until the terribly sad ending. Everyone is begging Sabaa Tahir to hurry up and finish the 4th book so we can know how the series ends.

5. War Storm (The Red Queen, #4) By Victoria Aveyard

“War Storm” was the completion of the thrilling Red Queen series. The Red Queen series was loved by all who read it,  this final book was the best by far, and nominated 2nd best book in 2018 by GoodReads.

4. The Fates Divide (Crave the Mark #3) By Veronica Roth

This book was rated #9 by GoodReads. Many were very pleased with the book and enjoyed comparing it to other books Veronica Roth has written. Many who read it declared it far better than the first.

3. The Burning Maze (The Trials of Apollo, #3) By Rick Riordan

Although this was rated one of the best books of 2018 by GoodReads, it left many of its readers disappointed. Many did not agree with the way the book was ended and are desperate for the next book to be published so the mistakes can be fixed.

2. Immortal Reign (Falling Kingdoms #6) By Morgan Rhodes

This book was the dazzling and heartbreaking conclusion of the Falling Kingdoms series. Everyone loved the book but many didn’t know that it was the last one. Needless to say, it was loved by all who read it, and it was declared to have the best ending ever.

1. Ash Princess (Ash Princess #1) By Laura Sebastian

Although it was rated 33rd out of 1000 by GoodReads, many found it to have the same plot lines as many other YA novels. Very few people found it unique, calling it basic and unoriginal. People say that this is the kind of plot they have read several times now with new character names.
