Mason basketball defeats the 5A Washington and Lee Generals in huge overtime win 82-79. In this Thursday night game on December 20, the team offense and defense finally fully clicked to give Mason the confidence that they needed in such a big game. Clutch shots and crucial stops resulted in Mason coming out on top. In addition to the “click” in team dynamic, the Mason fan section’s enthusiasm helped to motivate the team to give it their all.
